By purchasing products from this website, you agree that you have read and understood our return policy.
Thank you for purchasing from Dank Shop! All businesses have 7 days from the date of delivery of the order to notify Dank Shop of damaged or incorrect items.
We will only accept exchanges for items that are 100% in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories, and UPC labels with an unbroken seal. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Dank Shop reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all items that are returned.
To request a refund please email, email@example.com with images of damaged items, order number, SKU of damaged items, and quantity. A Dank Shop customer service representative will reach out to you via email with a pre-paid return shipping label. Unauthorized returns will rot be credited or reshipped. Dank Shop does not refund shipping charges.
After the items are returned, our team will inspect them and process, your credit, refund, or exchange. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method during purchase.
All hardware can be returned 7 days from the date of delivery. The warranty only covers manufacturer defects (ie. not working out of the box) Any other type of damage caused by misuse or mistreatment will not be accepted. Products that have visible wear and tear will not be accepted. All hardware must be returned in original packaging.
All E-liquid sales are final. This includes salt and regular e-juice. We do not accept exchanges or returns on these items.
All disposable sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns on these items.
All glass broken during shipment must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please take pictures of the shipping box and all the broken glass pieces. All glass returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All kratom sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns on these items.
All CBD sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns on these items. Please check all of the expiration dates on your CBD. If the expiration date is within 7 days of delivery, you may request a refund or exchange on that product. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
All D8 sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns on these items.
