Dank Shop Shipping Policy:
At Dank Shop, we are committed to shipping your products timely, accurately, and in good condition. When you place an order with us, please allow 2 -4 business days for all orders to be picked and processed. However, in some cases, orders may take up to 5+ business days to process. We ship all weekdays (Monday-Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders can be shipped within the US only to all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
For local Michigan deliveries, we use ProMed Delivery, and in other states, we use USPS, FedEx, and Global Trans Freight. We strive to ship all items together but it may not be available due to your location or items purchased. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped and you can always call and verify the tracking status.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is on your order before you check out. We cannot ship to residential addresses, only approved business locations. If you choose the “pay after order confirmation” option on check-out, we will give you a call for payment when the order is ready.
Shipping Cost:
Our shipping order minimum is $200.00. There is a 2.5% shipping charge on all orders. Orders over $1500 qualify for free shipping. This excludes any heavy items which cost an additional charge (ie. cream chargers, butane, candles, cases of soda, etc.)
Heavy Items fees are as follows:
Cream Chargers MC: $17.00 Per case
Water/Soda Cases: $15.00 per case
Pop Top Vials Cases: $7.99 per case
Candles: $1.25 per candle
Butane Case: $5.99 per case
Tobacco Shipping:
We cannot ship any tobacco products (ie. cigars, chewing tobacco, cigar wraps, etc.) at this time. Tobacco is for pick-up only for Michigan businesses.
Delayed and Lost Packages:
Shipments can experience delays that are beyond our control. While we take every effort to work with carriers on your behalf to locate and expedite these shipments, customers assume full responsibility as soon as they have been shipped from Dank Shop’s warehouse. Dank Shop is not responsible for any lost package or wrong address.
Shipments to Residential Addresses:
Because of federal and state regulations requiring age verification, Dank Shop ships to commercial addresses only. Shipments to residential addresses or post office boxes may be canceled without warning. Continued shipping to residential addresses may result in account cancellation without warning. We are not able to provide COD services due to our shipper restriction.

Estimated transit times are:
- Within Michigan: 1 business day
- Within the midwest: 2-3 business days
- East Coast: 3-5 business days
- South: 3-5 business days
- West Coast: 4-5+ Business Days
All freight shipments take 7+business days to be delivered.
